Troubleshooting

RI displays "No Sources connected"

  • Is the Cropster Connector connected to the computer?
  • Is the Phidget control panel, or another roast-profiling software open (e.g. Artisan)?

The RI cannot access the Phidget when other applications are already accessing it. Close the Phidget control panel, and/or any other roast-profiling software. Please then close and reopen the RI.

No temperatures on the RI

Multi Barrel setup

  • The application doesn't display temperatures when started with the multi barrel script, but does when the RI is started normally.

If any questions during setup appear, please contact Cropster support by using the Support button you will find in the lower left corner of the RI screen or by messaging us from support.cropster.com.
