Overview 

This article explains the Daily Roast Update email and how to manage your subscription settings.

Instructions

Enabling your Daily Roast Update email 

  1. Log in to the online platform C-sar.
  2. ClickGear > Account > My profile page.
  3. To start receiving updates, ensure the Receive daily Roast update box is checked. Once the confirmation message appears in the top right corner, you're all set to begin receiving your Daily Roast Update emails.
    ⚠️  Please note that your available update options depend on your specific subscription; currently, we offer the Daily Roast Update and the Weekly Cafe Update.

     

💡 Check your Spam folder in your inbox if the Daily Roast Update emails are missing, and mark them as Not spam.

 

 

Disabling your Daily Roast Updates email
 

Unsubscribing via the Daily Roast Update email

  1. Open a Daily Roast Update email and scroll to the very bottom. 
    💡If the content appears cut off, you may need to expand the message to see the full footer.
  2. Click Unsubscribe.


Unsubscribing via the My profile page

  1. Log in to the online platform C-sar. 
  2. ClickGear > Account > My profile page.
  3. Uncheck the Receive Daily Roast Update box. A confirmation alert will appear in the top right corner, and your daily updates will stop immediately.
