Overview

This article covers solutions for C-sar performance lags and device-specific loading errors.
 

Instructions

Clearing the Google Chrome browser cache

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Click the three-dot (More) icon and select Delete browsing data...
  3. For the Time range, select All time.
  4. Make sure to select all the options, then click on the Delete data button.
     
     

Clearing the Firefox browser cache

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Click on the three horizontal lines located in the upper right corner.
  3. Select Settings > Privacy & Security.
  4. Click Clear Data.
  5. Make sure to select all the options, then click on the Clear button.
  6. A confirmation dialog will appear, prompting you to verify your action. Click Clear Now to finalize.

     

Clearing the Safari browser cache

  1.  Open Safari.
  2. With Safari open and active, click on Safari in the top left corner of your screen, then choose Preferences from the dropdown menu.
  3. Select Privacy and click Manage Website Data.
  4. Select Remove All.
  5. A confirmation dialog will appear, prompting you to verify your action. Click Clear Now to finalize.
