Overview 

This article explains how to manually sync Roasting Intelligence with the online platform C-sar to keep your roast data and inventory consistent across your operation. 

Instructions

Roasting Intelligence syncs automatically when you log in or shut down the app. However, you'll need to sync manually if you've just updated your green inventory or added anything new in the online platform C-sar that needs to show up immediately. 

To ensure all your information is accurate and up to date, please perform a manual synchronization:

  1. Log in to Roasting Intelligence. 
  2. Click the Synchronize button on the bottom left side of the screen.

 

Troubleshooting

In case Roasting Intelligence does not sync, we recommend the following:

  1. Check your internet connection and manually sync again. 
  2. Close and restart Roasting Intelligence. 

If the issue persists after the first two steps, please submit a ticket directly within Roasting Intelligence for further help. 


If you have further questions, feedback, or concerns, please submit a support ticket directly from support.cropster.com.
