You need to have a Group Administrator's permission to perform the steps outlined in this article.

 

 

Overview 

Location-based user permissions in Cropster Cafe allow you to define which cafes or locations each team member can access. This helps ensure users see and manage only the information relevant to their role and location. 

 

Assigning Location-based user permissions
 

Before you begin assigning users to specific locations, you need to add your location(s) first.

 

 

By following the steps below, you can easily assign Location-based user permissions: 

  1. Log in to the online platform C-sar.
  2. Navigate to theGear icon and select Users. You will be directed to the Users overview page. 
  3. Click the +Invite user button.
  4. Enter the *Name and the *Email address. 
    * indicates mandatory fields 
  5. Choose the role you wish to assign to the user.
    By selecting the Custom option, you can further customize the user's permissions to align specifically with their assigned location, providing more tailored access.
  6. On the right side of the page, you will find the Restrict Cafe users to locations section. 
  7. Click Invite user to send the invitation.

What happens if a user is not assigned to any Location?
If a user is not assigned to any location, they will have access to view all locations.
