Unable to launch Roasting Intelligence (RI) to submit log files to Customer Support.
The solution
Locate the 'CropsterRoastingIntelligence' folder on your computer and attach it to your email.
Depending on your operating system, follow the steps below:
MacOS
- Search for the CropsterRoastingIntelligence folder through Finder.
- Open the CropsterRoastingIntelligence folder.
- Two-finger click the default folder for more options, then click the Compress [file name]" (i.e., default).
- Attach the file to your email.
Windows:
- Search for the CropsterRoastingIntelligence folder through the search bar.
- Open the CropsterRoastingIntelligence folder.
- Right-click the default folder for more options, then hover over Send, to then click the Compressed (zipped) folder.
- Attach the file to your email.
