This article explains how to download TeamViewer for Cropster remote support
Please note that TeamViewer requests will only be accepted after assessment of the problem and upon appointment with your Cropster support person.

By following the steps below you can download and open TeamViewer:
- Navigate to http://get.teamviewer.com/cropster
- Upon clicking the URL, the download of the Quick Support App will start automatically.
- Check your Downloads folder for the app named TeamViewer.
- A window will pop up with the following message: "TeamViewer is an app downloaded from the internet. Are you sure you want to open it?" Click Open to confirm.
- Enter your name or your company name in the name field.
- Wait until your Cropster support person requests access to your PC and click Allow.
If you are using a Windows operating system, Cropster support will have the ability to view your screen and remotely control your PC.
If you are using a Mac, you will need to follow certain steps to grant Cropster support access to control your device.
