This article explains how to download TeamViewer for Cropster remote support
Please note that TeamViewer requests will only be accepted after assessment of the problem and upon appointment with your Cropster support person.

By following the steps below, you can download and open TeamViewer:
- Navigate to http://get.teamviewer.com/cropster
- Upon clicking the URL, the download of the Quick Support App will start automatically.
- Check your Downloads folder for the app named
TeamViewer.
- A window will pop up with the following message: "TeamViewer is an app downloaded from the internet. Are you sure you want to open it?" Click Open to confirm.
- Enter your name or your company name in the name field.
- Wait until your Cropster support person requests access to your PC and click Allow.
It is important to be aware of the following details:
- If you are using a Windows operating system, our Cropster support team will be able to view your screen and take control of your PC remotely to assist you more effectively.
- If you are using a Mac, you will need to follow these specific instructions to enable Cropster support to remotely control your device.
