This article explains how to bulk archive inactive Profiles and how to easily unarchive them when it's needed.
Profile clean-up/Archiving Profiles
To enhance Cropster's efficiency and improve synchronization with Roasting Intelligence (RI), we recommend bulk-archiving inactive Profiles.
If a Profile has been inactive for 90 days, a notification will appear on your Cropster dashboard when you log into C-sar.
By following the steps below, you can bulk-archive your inactive Profiles:
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to Roasts on the main menu bar and select Profiles.
- Click the Profile Clean-up button in the top right corner.
- You will be directed to the Profile clean-up page showing inactive Profiles not accessed in the last 90 days.
- Utilize the Filter button to refine your search for specific Profiles based on the following criteria:
- Name
- Machines
- Locations
- Select the Profiles to bulk-archive by checking the respective boxes.
TheArchive selected button appears on the top right side of the page.
- Click on
Archive selected to bulk-archive the selected inactive Profiles.
Archived Profiles cannot be selected in Roasting Intelligence (RI) or used as filters on the Roasts overview page.
