Bulk-archiving inactive Profiles

This article explains how to bulk archive inactive Profiles and how to easily unarchive them when it's needed.

Bulk-archiving inactive Profiles is available for the following products:

  • Roast (all tiers)
  • Commerce 


Profile clean-up/Archiving Profiles

To enhance the performance of Cropster and streamline syncing with Roasting Intelligence (RI), we suggest archiving Profiles that are not in use.
To assist you in maintaining a tidy account, we have introduced a bulk-archiving feature for unused Profiles.


Once a Profile has not been used in the previous 90 days, the following message will appear on your Dashboard after logging into the online platform C-sar :

By following the steps below you can bulk-archive your inactive Profiles:

  1. Click on the Profile clean-up button
  2. You will be directed to the overview page of your inactive* Profiles
    * not used in the last 90 days
  3. You can use the FilterIcon (1)-pngFilter button to narrow down your search for specific Profiles by name, roast machine, or location.
  4. By clicking on the respective checkboxes, you can select the Profiles you would like to bulk-archive. 
  5. The ArchiveIcon (1)-png Archive selected button appears on the top right side of the page.

  6. Click on ArchiveIcon (1)-png Archive selected to bulk-archive the selected inactive Profiles. 
  7. Once all inactive Profiles have been archived, you will see the following message:

Archived Profiles cannot be selected in the Roasting Intelligence (RI) or used for filtering on the Roasts overview page.

Unarchiving Profiles

If you ever need to use an archived Profile again in the future, don't worry!
By following the steps below you can easily unarchive your Profiles whenever needed:
  1. Log into the online platform C-sar .
  2. Navigate to Roasts on the main menu bar. 
  3. Select Profiles. You will be directed to the Profiles overview page
  4. Click on the dropdown next to Customize
  5. Toggle the button to the right at Show archived profiles

  6. Click on the red dot to unarchive the Profile.

  7. A message will pop up on the top right side of the page: "The Profile has been successfully unarchived."

Congratulations! You are now ready to bulk-archive inactive Profiles.
