This article explains how to view, upgrade and manage, pause or cancel your subscription plan.
You need to have the Group Administrator's permission to perform the steps outlined in this article.

Viewing and upgrading your current subscription plan
By following the steps below you can view your current subscription plan:
- Log into the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to the Gear icon on the upper right side of the main menu bar.
- Select Account by clicking on the dropdown.
- Choose Billing information on the left side of the page.
- Under Your subscriptions you can view your actual subscription plan.

If you have only one subscription, you are able to change the subscription plan via the online platform C-sar.
If you have more than one subscriptions, the Change subscription plan button is grayed out. In this case, please contact hello@cropster.com.
Pausing your subscription plan
By following the steps below you can pause your subscription plan.
- Follow the steps 1-4 written above.
- Click on Pause or cancel my account.
- You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months at no additional cost and keep all your data.
- Click on Pause your account.
- You need to provide the *Reason for pausing and also the *Pause duration by clicking on the dropdown.
* is indicating mandatory fields - Click on Request account pause to finalize the changes.
Once you requested to pause your subscription plan, your Account manager will get in touch with you.
Cancelling your subscription plan
By following the steps below you can cancel your subscription plan:
- Follow the steps 1-4 written above.
- Click on Cancel account.
- You need to provide the *Reason for cancelling by clicking on the dropdown.
* is indicating a mandatory field - Click Request cancellation to finalize it.
💡If you are thinking about cancelling your subscription, we recommend that you submit your request before the beginning of the next billing cycle.
The cancellation request may take a few days to process.
Please note that we will not be able to export your data after cancellation.
