      The Keyboard shortcuts differ depending on whether you are accessing the Roasting Intelligence (RI) on:

      By following the steps below you can easily access the Keyboard shortcuts in RI:

      1. Navigate to Help and select Keyboard shortcuts.

      The keyboard shortcuts are grouped into five categories:

      Increase/decrease gas control (during roasting) options are only available for roasters with the Gas control measurement enabled.
