ShipStation sync includes a feature that automatically identifies orders that have already been synced, ensuring that they are skipped during the synchronization process to avoid any duplication of orders.
If you manage two stores, one linked to Shopify and the other to ShipStation, it's essential to adhere to the correct integration sequence.
You must integrate Shopify first before connecting to ShipStation. This ensures that orders from Shopify are properly recognized and excluded during the synchronization process, preventing any duplication of orders.

Disconnecting your store from Cropster
By following the steps below you can easily disconnect your store from Cropster:
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to
Settings > Commerce settings to the right.
- In the menu bar on the left-hand side, navigate to the integration you would like to disconnect.
- Select Integrations.
- You will be directed to the Integrations overview page.
- Locate the shop you would like to delete.
- Click on the
Delete icon.
Connecting your store to ShipStation
To ensure that your orders are routed to ShipStation, it is essential to connect your store to ShipStation before proceeding:
- Log in to your ShipStation account.
