How to disconnect my shop integration from Cropster

This article explains how to disconnect your shop integration from the online platform C-sar.

By following the steps outlined in this article, you will permanently disconnect your shop integration. 

What is the significance of disconnecting my shop?

After completing the procedure to disconnect your shop integration the following applies: 

  • Orders synced from the shop disconnected will be archived.

  • Your products will unlinked from the shop.

  • Archived orders can still be reviewed, but your products no longer have an available External reference link to your shop integration.

How do I disconnect my shop integration?

If you are having issues to connect your shop and intend to disconnect the shop to start from scratch, please create a support ticket instead.

By following the steps below you can disconnect your shop integration from Cropster:

  1. Log into the online platform C-sar
  2. Navigate to Settings > Commerce settings to right.

  3. In the menu bar at the left hand side, go to the integration you would like to disconnect.

  4. Click Request shop blocking and disconnection.
  5. From the pop-up window, Select a reason to proceed from the dropdown menu.
  6. Confirm your shop's disconnection by clicking the Request blocking and disconnection button.
  7. Once you have submitted the disconnection request, a Cropster representative will be in touch soon to confirm your request. This may take up to 2 working days. 

Upon confirmation of your request to disconnect the shop integration, the action is irreversible, and you will not be able to link the same Shop URL with Cropster.


I disconnected a product from my external shop. Can I reconnect it? 

Yes, you can by following the steps below:
  1. Log into the online platform C-sar.
  2. Navigate to Commerce on the main menu bar.
  3. Select Products.
  4. Click on Map new products and variants.
  5. Check the checkbox at Include previously ignored or unlinked products

  6. The page will update, showing the products that were previously ignored or unlinked.

This feature will only display products if there have been new additions on your external shop.
