The Orders overview page
By following the steps below you can navigate to the Orders overview page:
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to Commerce on the main menu bar.
- Select Orders.
- You will be directed to the Orders overview page:
- The following details are displayed:
- ID-tag
- Status
- Order fulfillment
- External reference
- Order date
- Items ordered
- Shops
- Customer type
Using filters
From the Orders overview page you can filter for orders relevant to you by clicking on the Filter icon.
The following window will pop up on the right side of the page:
- You can filter for ID-tags by clicking on the respective field and type in the OR number.
- You can enter the External Reference of the Orders.
- You can set a specific timeframe by entering the start and end dates for the Order date.
- By clicking on the dropdown at Status, a list will pop up:
💡 To choose multiple statuses at once, simply check the checkboxes next to the statuses you want to select. - By toggling the 'Include archived Orders' button to the right, you can also include your archived Orders.
- The number in the bottom left corner indicates the total number of results using the selected filters.
- Click on Apply filters to submit.
- By clicking on Reset filters you can remove all the filters at once.
Viewing archived Orders
To avoid accidentally deleting your Orders, you have the option to archive them instead.

By following the steps below you can view archived Orders:
- Complete steps 1-3 written above.
- Click on the Filter icon on the top right side of the Orders overview page.
- Toggle the button at Include your archived orders.
- Click on Apply filters to submit.
- Your archived Orders will be displayed on the Orders overview page again.
