The process of archiving Orders differs based on their current statuses.
By following the steps below, you can easily archive Orders with the following statuses:
- Open
- Scheduled
- Roasted
- Completed
- Shipped
Archiving open Orders
By following the steps below, you can easily archive open Orders:
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to Commerce on the main menu bar. Select Orders. You will be directed to the Orders overview page.
- You can filter your Orders by clicking on the
Filter icon on the top right side of the page.
- Search for the OR tag of the Order(s) you wish to archive.
- Click on the
Archive button on the right side of the page.
- Reload the page.
- The archived Order(s) will not be displayed on the Orders overview page anymore.
Archiving Scheduled, Roasted, Completed, Shipped Orders, and Orders in progress
By following the steps below, you can easily archive Scheduled, Roasted, Completed, Shipped Orders, and Orders in progress:
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to Commerce on the main menu bar and select Orders. You will be directed to the Orders overview page.
- By clicking on the
Filter icon on the top right side of the page you can choose the specific statuses of the orders that you would like to archive.
- Click on the OR tag. You will be directed to the Order details page.
- Navigate to the General Details > Order Fulfillment section to see the OF tag.
- Navigate to Commerce > Order fulfillment on the main menu bar.
- Search for the OF tag associated with the chosen Order.
- Click on the
Archive button.
- This action will restore the Order to an 'Open' status.
- Click on the
Archive button on the right side of the page.
- Reload the page.
- The archived Order(s) will not be displayed on the Orders overview page anymore.
