How to archive Orders

This article explains how to archive Orders with the status 'Open'.

Archiving Orders is available for the following products:
  • Commerce

To avoid accidentally deleting your Orders, you have the option to archive them instead.
You can only archive Orders with the status 'Open'.



The steps of archiving Orders


By following the steps below you can archive your Orders with the status 'Open':

  1. Log into the online platform C-sar.
  2. Navigate to Commerce on the main menu bar.
  3. Select Orders. You will be directed to the Orders overview page
  4. You can filter your Orders by clicking on the FilterIcon (1)-png Filter icon on the top right side of the page.
  5. Search for the OR tag of the Order you wish to archive. 
  6. Click on the ArchiveIcon (1)-png Archive button on the right side of the page.

  7. Reload the page.
  8. The archived Order will not be displayed on the Orders overview page anymore. 
    💡 You can restore your archived Orders. 

FAQs

Is it possible to view my archived Orders at a later time?

Yes, you can view your archived Orders by following the steps below: 
  1. Click on the FilterIcon (1)-png Filter icon on the top right side of the Orders overview page.
  2. The Filters window will pop up. 
  3. Toggle the button to the right at Include archived orders.

  4. Click on Apply filters to submit. 

Is it possible to restore my archived Orders?

Yes, it is by following the steps below:
  1. Complete step 1-4 written above
  2. Click on the UnarchiveIcon-png Unarchive button on the right side of the page at the OR tag of your archived Order.

  3. Once the archived Order appears on the Orders overview page again, you can click on the respective OR tag and unarchive it from the Order's detail page as well:
