Why archive Orders?
To prevent unintentional deletion of your Orders, you have the option to archive them instead.
Once an Order is deleted, it cannot be recovered. However, you can easily unarchive your Orders if necessary.
The Orders overview page
By following the steps below you can navigate to the Orders overview page:
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to Commerce on the main menu bar.
- Select Orders.
- You will be directed to the Orders overview page.
- The following details are displayed:

- ID-tag
- Fulfillment status
- Order fulfillment
- External reference
- Order date
- Items ordered
- External order status
- Shops
- Customer type

- Utilize the Filter icon to apply various filters to your Orders for better organization and management.

Fulfillment Statuses
The Order statuses are located on the left side of the table within the Orders overview page.
Orders may have different Fulfillment statuses, including:
- Open
- Scheduled
- In progress
- Roasted
- Completed
- Shipped
Archiving Orders
Archiving Orders varies depending on the different statuses of the Orders.
By following the steps below you can easily archive Orders with the following statuses:
- Open
- Scheduled
- Roasted
- Completed
- Shipped
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to Commerce on the main menu bar.
- Select Orders. You will be directed to the Orders overview page.
- You can filter your Orders by clicking on the Filter icon on the top right side of the page.
- Search for the OR tag of the Order(s) you wish to archive.
- Click on the Archive button on the right side of the page.
- Reload the page.
- The archived Order(s) will not be displayed on the Orders overview page anymore.
By following the steps below you can easily archive Orders that are currently 'In progress':
- Complete steps 1-4 written above.
- Click on the OR tag . You will be directed to the Order details page.
- Navigate to the General Details > Order Fulfillment section to see the OF tag.
- Navigate to Commerce > Order fulfillment on the main menu bar.
- Search for the OF tag associated with the chosen Order.
- Click on the Archive button.
- This action will restore the Order to an 'Open' status.
- Follow steps 5-8 written above.

Is it possible to view my archived Orders at a later time?
Yes, you can view your archived Orders by following the steps below:
- Click on the Filter icon on the top right side of the Orders overview page.
- The Filters window will pop up.
- Toggle the button to the right at Include archived orders.
Is it possible to restore my archived Orders?
Yes, it is by following the steps below:
- Complete step 1-4 written above.
- Click on the Unarchive button on the right side of the page at the OR tag of your archived Order.
