Why did my internet cut out after setting up a Static IP address

This article will clarify the reason behind the unexpected disruption of your computer's internet connection after configuring a Static IP address for your roast machine to connect it with Cropster.

The issue

After configuring a Static IP address according to our manual, you may find that your computer's internet connection is unexpectedly disrupted.

The solution

Another device on your network is likely sharing the same IP address as your roast machine, with your router often being the primary source of this conflict.

You need to contact your network administrator or your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to have the IP address changed before you can connect your roast machine to Cropster.
