Operating System
Cropster only supports released versions of MacOS and Windows. This means that pre-release alpha or beta versions are not officially supported by Cropster. Early-release software can (and probably will) cause problems on your device.

Our minimum OS system requirements depend on the minimum version supported by the manufacturers (Microsoft, Apple). So we can ensure the greatest stability and security.

Other Requirements
- A stable internet connection is required for Roasting Intelligence (RI) to download profiles, green lots, machines, and workers, authenticate usernames, and upload roasts to our servers. You'll need to download and run RI while connected to the internet at least once; afterward, you can roast without an internet connection but will need to connect to update your inventory or reference curves and to receive updates.
- While the software was not specifically designed for a touch screen, all of the comment buttons work well with a touch screen.
- RI will not run on an iPad or Chromebook.
