Subscribing to the Weekly Cafe Updates email 


By following the steps below you can subscribe to the Weekly Cafe Updates email:

  1. Log in to the online platform C-sar .
  2. Navigate to the My profile page under by clicking on the drop-down next to your email address.
  3. Enable Receive weekly Cafe updates by clicking on the checkbox.

  4. A confirmation message will pop up in the top right corner of the screen and you will start receiving the Weekly Cafe Updates emails:

💡 If you don't receive the Weekly Cafe Updates emails we suggest to check your Spam folder. In case the Weekly Cafe Updates continuously get marked as spam, you should make sure to mark the email as Not spam.

Unsubscribing from the Weekly Cafe updates email 


There are two ways to unsubscribe from the Weekly Cafe Updates email:

  1. Via the Weekly Cafe Updates email
  2. Via the Accounts overview page

  1. Open your Weekly Cafe Updates email and scroll down to the bottom. 
    💡 You may need to expand the email to view this.
  2. Click on the Unsubscribe button.

  1. Log in to the online platform C-sar
  2. Navigate to the My profile page under by clicking on the drop-down next to your email address.
  3. Disable Receive Weekly Cafe updates by clicking on the checkbox.

  4. A confirmation message will pop up in the top right corner of the screen and you will stop receiving the daily roast update emails:

  2. Your production last week
    • Total brews
    • Daily average brews
      💡 You can also track and evaluate your brew quality using Cafe Radar
  3. Your shot saving last week
    • Last POS upload
    • Shots brewed
    • Shots sold
    • Shots unsold 
      💡 You can gain additional insights into your locations by utilizing Cafe Inventory Insights.

Weekly Cafe Updates email tailored for multiple locations

The Weekly Cafe Updates email will display only the top three and bottom three locations based on performance.


Beginning with an orange disclaimer, we will showcase the percentage of brews in range across 3 locations.

The email is organized into three distinct sections:

  1. Least consistent locations
    💡 It may be beneficial to include these locations in your upcoming internal training sessions.
    • Name
    • Total brews
    • Brews not evaluated
    • Brews out of range 
      💡 You can also track and evaluate your brew quality using Cafe Radar
  2. Locations with the highest daily brews
    • Name
    • Total brews
    • Daily average brews
  3. Locations with the highest amount of coffee unsold 
    • Name
    • Shots brewed
    • Shots sold
    • Shots unsold
      💡 You can gain additional insights into your locations by utilizing Cafe Inventory Insights.
