Understanding the Mapping process

By following the steps below, you can navigate to the Product Mapping ("Map new products and variants") page:
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to the
Gear icon on the top right side of the page and select Commerce settings.
- Select Integrations on the left side of the page. You will be directed to the Integrations overview page.
- Click on the Synchronize button on the top right side of the page.
- You will be directed to the Product Mapping ("Map new products and variants") page.
The synchronization process retrieves new products, their associated options, variants, and any new orders that have been created since the last (*successful) synchronization.
*The date of the most recent successful synchronization will always be shown. If the synchronization was unsuccessful, that date will not be displayed.
If you overlooked the mapping of Grind styles, Package Units, or Products, there's no need to be concerned.

Updating the mapping options for Grind styles and Package Units
By following the steps below, you can easily update the mapping options for Grind styles and Package sizes:
- Navigate to the
Gear icon and select Commerce settings.
- Select the Mapped options located in the left sidebar of the page. You will be directed to the Mapped units and grind styles with external shops overview page.
- Here, you can adjust the Grind styles and Package Units based on your specific requirements.
Adjusting Grind styles
- Locate the specific option you wish to modify in the Options column.
- You can identify whether an option has been marked as a Grind style by looking for a specific indicator next to the option in the list.
- Click on the
Edit button on the right side of the page.
- Selecting the dropdown menu allows you to change the Grind style to your preferred option.
- Select the Save button to confirm and apply your changes.
Adjusting Package Units
- Locate the specific option you wish to modify in the Options column.
- If you do not see a specific indicator next to the option in the list, it is considered a Package Unit.
- Click on the
Edit button on the right side of the page.
- Selecting the dropdown menu allows you to change the Package Unit to your preferred option.
- Select the Save button to confirm and apply your changes.
Updating the mapping options for Products
By following the steps below, you can map previously ignored or unlinked Products:
- Navigate to the
Gear icon and select Commerce settings.
- Select the Integrations option located in the left sidebar of the page. You will be directed to the Integrations overview page.
- Click on the
Synchronize button on the top right side of the page.
- To view products that have been previously ignored or not linked, simply select the checkbox labeled Include previously ignored or unlinked products.
- Select the checkbox next to the Products and Product variants that you would like to include in the mapping process.
- Continue with the subsequent steps to complete the product mapping process.
