Overview

This article explains how to show and map products and options that you previously ignored or unlinked during a product synchronization, and how to update or ignore the grind styles and package units that are already mapped between your online store and C-sar.

Instructions

Products and options that you uncheck in the mapping wizard are ignored. They are not suggested again in future synchronizations. You can show and map them again at any time.

Showing ignored or unlinked products

1. Log in to the online platform C-sar.
2. Navigate to Commerce > Products and click Synchronize.

   

3. In Step 1: Select products, check Include previously ignored or unlinked products.
   
4. Check the products that you want to map. For each product:
   • Select the Product type: Product or Bundle.
   • Select the Product name in Cropster (Required).
5. Click Next step and complete the mapping.

Showing ignored options

You can show ignored options during a synchronization or on the Mapped options page.

During a synchronization

1. Navigate to Commerce > Products and click Synchronize.
   
2. In Step 1: Select products, click Next step.
3. In Step 2: Map options, check Include previously ignored options
   
4. Check the options that you want to map. For each option:
   • Select the Type: Unit or Grind style.
   • Define the Option name in Cropster (Required): For a unit, enter the amount and select the unit (g, kg, oz, or lb). For a grind style, select a grind style from the list.
5. Click Next step and complete the mapping.

On the Mapped options page

On the Mapped options page, check Mapped next to the ignored option, define the Type and Option name in Cropster, and click Save. For details, see Updating grind styles and package units.

Updating grind styles and package units

The Mapped options page lists all units and grind styles that were mapped during a product synchronization. Changes only apply to future synchronizations. Existing products and variants are not updated.

This page does not apply to ShipStation, because ShipStation has no separate unit or grind style options.

1. Navigate to Gear > Commerce settings > Mapped options.
2. Find the option in the Option in external system column.
3. Update the mapping:
   • Type: Select Unit or Grind style.
   • Option name in Cropster (Required): For a unit, enter the amount and select the unit (g, kg, oz, or lb). For a grind style, select a grind style from the list.
   • Mapped: Uncheck an option to ignore it, so it is not suggested again. Check an ignored option to map it again.
4. Click Save.
