How to unlink a Product bundle from a shop


Even if a Product is archived, it can still sync to the shop if it remains active in the external shop. To resolve this issue, you need to unlink the Product bundle from the shop.


By following the steps below, you can unlink a Product Bundle from an external shop:

  1. Log in to the online platform C-sar
  2. Navigate to Commerce on the main menu bar. 
  3. Select Products. You will be directed to the Products overview page
  4. Switch to the Product bundles tab.

  5. Locate the Product bundle you wish to unlink.
  6. Click the EditIcon (1)-png-2 Edit button on the right side of the page.

  7. Select Unlink right next to the External Shops Product ID.
