- Cafe
- Roast Professional
- Roast Commerce
- Lab
- Origin Professional
Why use the Task Report?
With the Task Report, you can:
- Track the various tasks with the relevant filters to showcase the success rate.
- Provide a report of task completion rates, and highlight the areas of improvement.
- Present evidence of machine maintenance performed to the machine manufacturers while the machine is still under warranty.
- Fulfill your legal requirements to submit reports to the local authorities e.g. as a record of maintenance and cleaning.
The Task Report overview page
By following the steps below you can open the Task Report overview page:
- Log into the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to Tasks > Task Report.
- You will be directed to the Task Report overview page.
Using the filters
With using the following quick-filter options, you can easily refine your Task Report:
- Due date range: Customize the range by selecting any start and end date or use the prefilters.
- Last week
- Current month
- Last month
- Last 6 months
- Last year
- Roasting machine and/or Cafe equipment (depending on the product)
- Task category
- No category
- Cleaning
- Closing routine
- Compliance
- Maintenance
- Opening routine
- Quality control
- Safety
By clicking on More filters you can narrow the details even further:
- Task frequency
- Location
- Assigned to
You will see applied filters below the input fields.
Task Report sections
After setting the date range and applying the filters, the information and chart will update accordingly.
The Task Report contains the following information:
- The number of the completed tasks:
- Completed on time (%)
- Completed past due (%)
💡 Includes completed tasks that were checked off after their due date.
- The number of incomplete tasks:
- Overdue (%)
- Missed (%)
- Won't do (%)

- The most missed tasks:
- Task name
- Frequency
- Times missed (%)
- The most overdue tasks:
- Task name
- Frequency
- Times overdue (%)
- Task completion by category chart:
- Completed on time
- Completed past due
- Incomplete
- Task completion over time chart (Day/Week/Month):
- Tasks due
- Tasks completed
Exporting the Task Report
By following the steps below you can export your Task Report:
The following steps can vary depending on the browser you are using. In this example, we use Google Chrome.
- Apply the filters that are relevant to your Task Report.
- Navigate to the Export PDF button on the top right side of the page.
- Under Destination select Save as PDF to save it locally, or the select a Printer to print it.
- Click on Save or Print (depending on the Destination selected).

Can I modify the layout of my Task Report?
Yes, you can by following the steps below:- After setting the date range and applying the relevant filters, click on Export PDF.
- Navigate to the Layout on the top right side of the page.
- By clicking on the dropdown, you can select between the following layouts:
- Portrait (default)
- Landscape
- Click on Save to apply the changes.
Can I print my Task Report without saving it?
Yes, you can by following the steps below:
- After setting the date range and applying the relevant filters, click on Export PDF.
- Under Destination, select your printer.
- Click Print on the bottom right side of the window.
