      How to fix the "The program can't start because of API-ms-core-localization-1-2-0.dll is missing"- error

      The issue 

      When downloading the Roasting Intelligence the following error message appears: 
      This program can't start because api-ms-win-core-localization-1-2-0.dl is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

      Troubleshooting steps 

      This most likely happens after reinstalling Windows or upgrading.

      Download and install the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 from here. 

      Congratulations! You are now able to fix the "The program can't start because API-ms-core-localization-1-2-0.dll is missing"- error
