How to exclude a cupper's score from a Cupping session

This article explains how to exclude a cupper's score from a Cupping session.

To exclude a cupper's score from the overall score follow the steps below:

1. Log into the online platform C-sar.
2. Navigate to the Quality on the main menu bar.
3. You can select either the Sensorial (QC number) or Physical session (QS number).
4. To exclude the score of an evaluator, simply click on the green dot next to the evaluator's name. The dot turns red when the evaluator is excluded. 
   
5. To include the scores, click on the red dot.
