Customizing Roasting Intelligence (RI5)

Adjusting the width of the Right Sidebar

This feature is particularly beneficial for users with smaller screens.

However, please note that there is a maximum limit to how much you can increase the sidebar size, which can be reached quickly.

With the release of RI 5.5, you can now customize the width of the Right Sidebar to better suit their preferences:

Log in to Roasting Intelligence (RI5).
The sidebars will be visible on the opening screen upon logging in.
Simply click and hold the divider between the sidebars, then drag it left or right to adjust the width to your liking:
By selecting the "Show all" icon located at the bottom right corner of the screen, you can preview how the controls and measurements will appear after adjusting the sidebar width.
You can also resize the division between the readouts and the Reference box.
💡 This feature enables you to view and easily navigate through all Reference comments simultaneously.

Optimizing measurement layout space

Log in to Roasting Intelligence (RI5).
Navigate to Preferences on the bottom left corner of the screen.
Select Roasting > Interface.
Navigate to the Measurement readouts section.
Check the checkbox at Condense measurements readouts layout space.
Click Save to finalize the changes.

Changing the measurement size

Log in to Roasting Intelligence (RI5).
Navigate to Preferences on the bottom left corner of the screen.
Select Machine > Configuration.
Under each Measurements you can select the measurement size.
💡 You have the option to choose between Small or Large size for each measurement individually.
Click Save to finalize the changes.

Rearranging the sequence of measurements

Log in to Roasting Intelligence (RI5).
Navigate to Preferences > Configuration.
After selecting the machine all supported measurements will load.
Change the order of the measurements by using the Drag and Drop icon and moving it into position.
Click Save to finalize the changes.

Congratulations! You are now ready to customize Roasting Intelligence (RI5).
