      Separation by percent

      Use this if you take a sample to estimate the percentage of each part

      Change Origin Settings

      1. Under 'Coffee Separation' select 'Separation by percent'.
      2. Optional: You may choose to define the default parts, including the price per unit, process, percentage, pile and project.
      3. Press 'Save Settings'

      Create a Batch

      1. In Step 1, enter the total weight of coffee received
      2. In Step 2, enter the percentage of each part. The default value defined in Origin Settings will be pre-filled. These should add up to 100%
      3. Press 'Create batch'
